Clean, comfortable. Decent sound. Fresh popcorn would be nice. Tastes like it sits out so I don't get it anymore. For a $8 popcorn, you can afford to dump the old stuff.
- David Olsen (10 months ago):
We were delighted to discover that our new hometown has such a modern well-kept theater. This establishment has curved screens, plush reclining chairs, clean floors, excellent sound systems and friendly staff. We've seen 2 movies here so far and plan to see many more.

Can’t tell you how many times we’ve gone to this theater when they don’t have a single employee in the building over the age of 18. Why advertise beer sales? Is there really no management here? It’s Friday night. Beer, popcorn, movie - duh. Trashcans out front overflowing. This place is a ghost town. Hire a manager that cares!
- Adrian Hermosillo (7 months ago):
The theater experience was decent, and the seating was comfy, but the service was terrible. This was my first time going to the theaters in a while. I expected friendly and helpful service. I understand there were a lot of people in line, but a little friendliness goes a long way.
- Dee Latta (6 months ago):
An older theater, but it was clean. And the staff were courteous. We would have given a higher rating, but at least 6 stalls in the women's bathroom were without toilet paper as well as paper towels.

This theater has gone downhill so much over the last couple of years. It used to be a great place to go, but now it's always a gamble whether you'll actually have a good experience. Most of the time there are only one or two people working the counter, and many of the employees come across as rude, uninterested teenagers with little customer service. There have been multiple times we've arrived for the last showing only to find the concession stand already closed or closing, or they've completely run out of popcorn. The biggest issue is that the posted showtimes are unreliable. Twice we've checked the movie times online, arrived on time, and been told the movie had already started because "the times online are wrong." That's completely unacceptable. Today was the third time in the last year that we showed up for the last showing, only to find the entire theater closed. The lights were off, trash was scattered all over the outside, and there wasn't a single employee in sight. The days of the Rifle movie theater being a dependable, enjoyable place are gone. It's become a hit-or-miss experience every single time. This theater desperately needs caring and consistent management on-site at all times, accurate showtimes, and mature, responsible employees who actually care about providing good customer service. It's disappointing to see what this place has become.

60 dollars for a cold bag of popcorn 2 sodas and 2 tickets..ok thats standard pricing but What made it worse is the theater was so filthy there was popcorn and food all over the floor and seats before the movie started including the hallway inside the theater. Idk if this theater is planning to close or just doesn't have enough employees. I want to love this place because i can literally walk there but I wont be returning anymore. 60 dollars to sit in a dirty theater with big bag of cold popcorn is def not worth the money.
